Inside sales (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• support of sales team
• answer customer´s enquiries about delivery dates, prices, invoices and status of ongoing orders and payments
• create customer-specific quotations
• confirm orders and control order processing
• logistic processing
• cross-departmental communication

Your profile:

• commercial training or comparable qualifications
• relevant working experience
• basic knowledge of logistics
• business fluent German and English language skills
• Japanese language skills are preferable but not mandatory
• computer literate
• team player, good communication skills
