The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and all important utensils.

It is conveniently located within 2 minute walk to the train stop. Düsseldorf's main station is 15-20 minutes by train or bus as well.

Locality: a lot of supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, fitness center are approx 8-10 minutes on the walk.

You just need to bring your clothes and can start living.

Cold rent: 550 Euro pl. 200 Euro
ancillary costs (electricity, heating, internet)
TV and radio charges (GEZ)are included in the rent.

The landlord is very kind and lives in the same house. The
land lady speaks English, so communicating is not a problem.
If you have a problem, they are very helpful.
