もう一つの部屋にはブラジル人の男性が住んでいます。キッチンと、バスルームシェアになります。
場所はSee straßeから徒歩15分、隣にはSchiller Park公園があります。とても、静かです。
バルコニーもあります。

3 weeks for a long may weekend and beyond.

- ca 25sqm.
- facing south-east so lots of sun till late afternoon, but if you're a sensitive sleeper worry not - windows have shutter rolls all the way to the floor.
- big ass comfy bed with linen bedding.
- tv with playstation 4 compatible with bed position for best chill experience.- good speakers.
- plants for optimal oxygen level.- lots of small lamps if you're also not a fan of the toplight.
- lots of comics.
- balcony access from the room, with the view of a park (much nicer looking during spring than on a photo ;) perfect for breakfast/dinner/cigarette break.

- located in wedding near schillerpark. easy access to the city with U6 line and/or ringbahn.
- 3rd floor , no lift. - back hof and basement to keep your bike away from the street.
- apartment shared with one another rather young brazilian male person.
- all the usual utensils like kitchen with enough space to comfortably cook, toilet with bathtub/shower, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, whatelse, are there.
- there will be some refundable caution we would need to talk about.
