7月初めから約2ヶ月間・ベルリンでお部屋を探しています

はじめまして。
7月2日から約2ヶ月間、ベルリンに滞在予定の23歳日本人女性です。
観光と、現地で開催されるダンスクラスへの参加を目的に短期滞在を予定しており、お部屋を探しています。

【希望条件】
・期間：2025年7月2日〜9月2日まで
（多少の前後調整は可能です）

・場所：ベルリン市内
（駅へのアクセスが良ければ郊外も◯）

・家賃：月€500以内希望
（光熱費・ネット込み希望）

・できれば女性専用、または女性とのシェアだと安心です

観光ビザでの滞在のため、住民登録（Anmeldung）は不要です。
日中は外出していることが多く、部屋の中で踊ったり大きな音を出したりすることはありません。
これまで日本で一人暮らしをしており、静かで清潔な生活を心がけています。

Hello,
I’m a 23-year-old Japanese woman, planning to stay in Berlin for about two months starting from July 2nd.
I’m looking for a place to stay during my short-term stay, which is for sightseeing and attending local dance classes.

[My Preferences]
・Period: July 2nd – September 2nd, 2025
（I’m flexible with the dates if needed）
・Location: Within Berlin (I’m also open to nearby areas with good access to the city)
・Rent: Ideally within €500/month, but I’m open to discussing depending on the conditions
(Deposit is also negotiable; I would prefer utilities and internet to be included)
・I would feel more comfortable in a women-only place or sharing with other women

Since I’m staying on a tourist visa, Anmeldung (registration) is not required.
I will be out most of the day, and I won’t be dancing or making loud noises in the room.
I have experience living alone in Japan and always try to maintain a quiet and clean lifestyle.
