25 sqm room in Berlin, 780€ with registration

Hi, I am looking for a roommate from August 2025, for a minimum of 2 years with the possibility of extension.

The room is 25 sqm, west facing, very bright and spacious. The bed is a sofa bed with extra mattress, very comfortable.

The flat is 84 sqm, has been recently renovated and is equipped with everything, including washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, etc.

The S1 metro is a 1 minute walk away, as well as buses, etc.

The area is very nice, with bars, restaurants and shops.

Me and another girl will live in the flat. I am an artist and most of the day I am in the studio.
