Hi I'm looking for a female roommate from september 2025, at least 2 years contract with the option to extend it.

The room is 14 square meters est oriented, very bright. The bed has to be changed with a smaller.

The apartment is 84 sqm, newly renovated and is equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

The subway S1 is 1 minute walk, plus buses etc.

The area is very nice with bars restaurants and stores.

I'm 45 years old, I'm an artist, and I spend most of the time working at the atelier.
