- 期間：2025年9/25～10/31（最初は短期希望ですが、部屋やWGの雰囲気が合えば長期入居も可能です）
- 住民登録（Anmeldung）必須
- 予算：€700まで（光熱費込み）
- 英語または日本語でのやり取り希望
- WG／サブレット歓迎、家具付き希望
- 喫煙なし
- 現在カナダ在住、シェアハウスでの生活に慣れています

Looking for a room starting from Sep 25, 2025!
I’m a 29-year-old Japanese woman planning to move to Berlin on a working holiday visa.

【Requirements】
- Duration: Sep 25 – Oct 31, 2025 (initially short-term, but I would be happy to stay longer if the room and WG work out well)
- Anmeldung (official registration) required
- Budget: up to €700/month, including utilities
- Communication in English or Japanese
- WG or sublet welcome, furnished preferred
- Non-smoker
- Currently living in Canada for about 2 years, experienced with shared housing
