【探しています】ベルリンのWG　10,11月から長期入居　女性希望

初めまして。現在東京に住んでおり、10,11月からベルリンでのインターンシップを予定しています。その後は大学院進学を目指しています。
ベルリン内の地域に大きな希望はございませんが、charlottenburg, wilmersdorf, schoneburg,kreuzberg等にアクセスが良いと嬉しいです。

希望入居日：10,11月

家賃の目安：〜750€（光熱費込み希望）

フラットメイト：女性希望

その他：契約にあたり、ビザや必要な手続きについても教えていただけると大変助かります。

内見：現在日本にいるため、オンライン内見とZoom等で一度お話しできれば嬉しいです。

Hello. I am currently based in Tokyo and will start an internship in Berlin from Oct or Nov. After that, I plan to enter a Master’s program.
I don't have any strong preferences for specific areas within Berlin, but good access to Charlottenburg, Wilmersdorf, Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, etc. would be appreciated.

Move-in date: from Oct or Nov.

Budget: up to 750€ (preferably including utilities)

I would also appreciate information regarding visa-related or contract procedures, if possible.

As I am still in Japan, I would like to do an online viewing and have a short conversation via Zoom before the contract.
