住民登録可能で二人で住める家を探しています(2026/2月より)

現在、2月20日より入居可能なスタジオもしくはWGの部屋を探しております。
当方、30代日本人のカップル(バリスタ)となります。
予算は部屋の内容次第でフレキシブルですが、1200€(warm)以内を希望しております。
また住民登録のできる物件である必要があります。

エリアはKreutzberg, Neukolln, Schoneberg, Friedrichshain辺り優先、
そうでなくても他エリアも検討させていただきたいです。

We're a Japanese barista couple in 30's, looking for a place to live for a long term starting 20th February.
We're interested in both studio or a sharing flat and it needs to be Anmeldung available.
Kreutzberg, Neukolln, Schoneberg, Friedrichshain would fit most to our interests, but also we're always open to look a new area.
Budget are around 1200€(warm) up to what type, location.
