こんにちは。2026年4月〜6月の間で入居可能なアパートを探しています。 現在、ベルリン市内（できればリング内）で、長期で住める物件を希望しています。

【希望条件】

家賃： 1,400€（Warm）まで

部屋数： 2〜3部屋

家具： なし（Unfurnished / Leer）

入居時期： 2026年4月〜6月の間より契約開始（調整可能です）

エリア： リング内優先（またはリング付近のアクセスの良い場所）

備考： Anmeldung（住民登録）が可能であること。

【私たちについて】 日本人カップルです。 2人とも安定した収入があり、Schufaや収入証明などの必要書類は揃っています。 タバコは吸わず、ペットも飼っていません。部屋はきれいに、静かに使うことをお約束します。

Seeking 2-3 Room Apartment (Warm max €1400) / Couple / From April-June 2026

We are a Japanese couple looking for a long-term apartment in Berlin starting between April and June 2026. We are clean, non-smokers, and have no pets.

Our requirements:

Rent: Up to €1,400 (Warm)

Size: 2 to 3 rooms

Furniture: Unfurnished
Location: Ideally within the Ring-Bahn (or well-connected areas)
Anmeldung: Required (Must be able to register our address)

About us: We both have stable incomes and a reliable lifestyle.
We have all the necessary documents ready for a smooth application process, including:

Proof of income (Nettoverdienst)
Schufa (Credit report)
Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (Rent-free debt certificate)

We value a quiet and clean living environment and promise to take great care of your property. We are flexible for viewings and would love to hear from you if you have a suitable flat or are planning to move out around that time.
