The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Kottbusser Tor. It is on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. Subway and bus connections, as well as numerous shopping options, are right nearby.
Cafés, restaurants, Markthalle Neun, markets, grocery stores, and more are just a short walk away, yet the area remains relatively quiet and pleasant.

The U8 line is right on the doorstep, and the M29 bus is just around the corner.
The U1 and U12 lines are just a few steps away.

The room has a 200x90 mattress, a desk for working, a clothes rack, shelves, carpet, and good internet access. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture, and you can bring your own groceries. 入居可能日は9月1日からで住民登録可能です。

イラン人の男性（60代、サウンドクリエイター）とその母親（90代）とすでに住まれている日本人男性（30代、美容師）
との共同生活で、ワンちゃんも1匹います。

とても親日な方で、日本人のフラットメイトを募集したいとのことです。

日常会話は基本英語ですが、イラン人の男性はドイツ語も堪能です。
