ワーキングホリデーでドイツに来ている24歳です。現在Heidelbergに滞在中ですが、8月からベルリンに引っ越す予定です。
光熱費込みで月600€以下希望です。

​My name is Anna, and I am looking for a nice single room in a shared flat (WG) in Berlin starting from mid-August (around August 15th). My maximum budget is 600 € warm.

​About me:
I graduated with a degree in Architecture and my long-term goal is to work as a cafe designer in Berlin. My current German level is A1, but I am working hard to reach B1 by August. However, I am fully fluent in English for daily conversation, so communicating with flatmates will be very smooth from day one!
​I am a responsible, tidy, and calm person who values a clean and respectful living environment. In my free time, I love cooking, enjoying good coffee, and exploring the city's architecture.

​What I am looking for:
A furnished or unfurnished single room in a friendly WG. I'm looking for a place where we can have a nice chat in English (and hopefully in German soon!), while respecting each other's privacy.

​Finances:
My rent is fully secured by my personal savings, and I can provide proof of funds upon request.

​As I am not in Berlin at the moment, an online viewing via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime would be greatly appreciated.

​Hallo zusammen,
​ich heiße Anna und suche ab Mitte August (ca. 15. August) ein schönes Einzelzimmer in einer WG in Berlin. Mein Budget liegt bei maximal 600 € warm.
​Über mich:
Ich habe einen Universitätsabschluss in Architektur und möchte später hier in Berlin als Café-Designerin arbeiten. Aktuell bin ich auf dem Niveau A1, aber mein Ziel ist es, bis August das B1-Niveau zu erreichen. Meine Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut, sodass die alltägliche Kommunikation auf Englisch absolut kein Problem für mich ist.
​Ich bin eine ruhige, ordentliche und sehr zuverlässige Person. Ein sauberes, respektvolles Zusammenleben in der WG ist mir sehr wichtig. In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne, trinke guten Kaffee und erkunde die Architektur der Stadt.

​Was ich suche:
Ein unmöbliertes oder möbliertes Einzelzimmer in einer netten WG. Ich freue mich auf Mitbewohner, mit denen man sich hin und wieder auf Englisch (oder bald auf besserem Deutsch!) nett unterhalten kann.
​Finanzierung:
Die Miete ist durch meine Ersparnisse absolut gesichert. Nachweise können auf Anfrage gerne vorgelegt werden.
​Da ich aktuell noch nicht in Berlin bin, wäre eine Online-Besichtigung via Zoom, Skype oder FaceTime für mich perfekt.
