The apartment is 84 square meters, has been completely renovated, and is located on the fourth floor, it’s very bright. I live in the apartment with a 28 year old Chinese female student, I’m 46 year old male Italian artist.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a Miele oven and hob, microwave, fridge, etc.

The tenancy agreement allows you to register your address officially at the flat.
