Hi! I'm renting out a room in my apartment, available from October 1st.
The room is about 24 square meters, comes fully furnished, and features a private west-facing balcony. The overall apartment is 84 square meters, located on the bright fourth floor, and has been completely renovated.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two others: a 28 year-old female Chinese student and myself, a 46-year old male Italian artist. We are preferably looking for a woman to join the flat. Please note that unfortunately due to allergies, dogs and cats are not allowed.

The Flat & Amenities:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end appliances (Miele oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, etc.).

Registration: Official address registration (Anmeldung) is permitted.
All-Inclusive Rent: The monthly cost covers all utilities, including the TV and radio licence fee (Rundfunkbeitrag).

Location & Transport:
The neighborhood is vibrant and full of nice bars and restaurants.
Transport connections are excellent:
Julius-Leber-Brücke (S-Bahn): 1-minute walk.
Südkreuz (S-Bahn & Regional trains): Very close and easily accessible.
Multiple bus lines right around the corner.

Lease: Minimum 1-year contract, with the option to extend.
