Altbau apartment for reciprocal exange with Japan

We are a family of three and have lived in Berlin/Germany and Tokyo/Japan over the past years. We love both cities with their different ways of life and are looking to take leaves from time to time to return to Japan - preferably through a reciprocal exchange with our bright and beautiful Altbau apartment located centrally in Berlin.
