[Berlin P-Berg]Sublet in a 3-Women WG from Oct-Jan

🏡 Looking for a subtenant in Prenzlauer Berg | 01.10 – mid-Jan

Hi! I'm a Korean working professional in my 20s living in Berlin. I'll be away on an overseas assignment for about 3.5 months, so I'm looking for someone to stay in my room during that time.

Period: Oct 1 – mid-Jan
→ Dates are slightly flexible, but I'm looking for someone who can stay at least 3 months.
Rent: €600
Deposit: €300
No Anmeldung (registration) possible

🛏️ Room & Apartment
The room is fully furnished. I'll leave most of the basics: bed, desk, lamp, mirror, clothes rack, storage, etc.
Bedding, cookware, dishes, and cleaning supplies are also available if you need them. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge.
A few of my personal belongings will stay in the room, but I'll set up separate storage space so it won't get in your way.
Utilities are expensive in Germany, so I'd appreciate it if you use electricity and gas sensibly and keep the common areas clean.

📍 Location
It's in Prenzlauer Berg. There's a REWE right in front of the building, and cafés, bars, restaurants, and yoga/pilates studios are a short walk away.
The S-Bahn (Greifswalder Straße) and tram (Greifswalder Str./Danziger Str.) are both close by, and it's a fairly quiet, safe residential area.

👭 The WG
It's currently a 3-woman WG. Besides me, one roommate is Korean and the other is Japanese. It's a friendly, harmonious household. You don't need to become best friends with your roommates, but I'm looking for someone considerate who gets along naturally. We also keep the apartment tidy, so someone with similar cleanliness standards would be ideal.
