現在の住人が年内に引っ越す為、Nachmieterinを募集します。
12月1日から入居可ですが、応相談で11月に入居できる可能性あり。

日本人女性とのWGです。

家賃光熱費込みで480ユーロ。
Rundfunkbeitragはもう1人との折半になります。(1人あたり27,54ユーロ)

デポジットが1200ユーロです。

- 5階（最上階）、エレベーターなし
- 暖房費、水道代、電気代、Wi-Fi込み
- 家具付き / ベッド(シーツはなし)、クローゼット、机、椅子
- 共有スペース：キッチン、トイレ・シャワールーム
- 地下室

共有スペースには、電子レンジ、オーブン、トースター、コーヒーマシン、食器類及び調理器具、アイロンが揃っています。

洗濯機と乾燥機は、他の住人と共用のものが地下にあり、一回3ユーロで利用できます。

週一で掃除のおばさんが来てくれるので、キッチンとトイレ・シャワールームの掃除をしてくれます。

周辺情報:
徒歩2分でNetto、徒歩5分でLidl に行けます。
U75、U77のkettwiger Straße駅が徒歩5分。2駅で中央駅に着きます。徒歩でも18分で行けます。
バス停やStraßen-Bahnの駅も徒歩5分圏内にあるので交通の便が良いです。

I am looking for a Nachmieterin (female replacement tenant) for a room in a shared apartment (WG), as the current tenant will be moving out by the end of the year.

The apartment is shared with another Japanese woman.

Rent: €480 per month, including utilities
Rundfunkbeitrag: €27.54 per person, shared with the other tenant
Deposit: €1,200

A cleaner comes once a week and cleans the shared kitchen and bathroom.
