[大学院生]８月入居、１人部屋探しています（長期、１年程度）

今年の９月からベルリンにある大学院で国際関係を勉強します。
ベルリンの学生寮を調べたものの全て１年から１年半待ちとなっており、
大学院に近く(３５分以内）お手ごろ価格（月３５０€ほど)な住居を見つけるのに苦戦しております。
学業に励みたいので、静かで落ち着いた環境を希望します。

Hi, I will be starting my graduate studies in Berlin from September this year.
I'm looking for a small apartment for one person, fully furnished (kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, wifi, etc.) and utility bills included.
I plan to rent a room for a year until I secure a place in a student hall. Since I want to focus on studying, I would like to live in a quiet place.
I would greatly appreciate if you could help a brother out!
