Dear all,

I will be away from town and would like to rent my nice room/flat from 4 nd Apr - 14th May. It's a beautiful 'Altbau' space, located in one of the best neighborhood in Berlin. It is in the center of Pranzlauerberg.

2 mins walk to tram M2 station "Marienburgerstr." 3 mins walk to Tram M4. 1 min walk to Edeka. 3 min walk to kollwitzplatz where a lovely bio-market takes place every Thur and Sat.

15 min walk to the famous flea market (Mauerpark). A lot of good stylish cafés, restaurants and shops around. The neighbor is just great .

Fully furnished. With a balcony facing a park.

You will share the flat with a super friendly Asian girl who works as a fashion magazine editor. She is traveling most of the time. So basically you will use the apartment alone. We hope to find a FEMALE who is tidy, clean and respectful to enjoy this nice place.
