Room to rent in Offenbach

This advert is was made by my Japanisch friend that is helping me to find room mate, please if that is possible contact with me in English or German language.

To rent: very sunny and bright room around 15 square meters in a 70 square meters Flat.
賃貸について:とても日当たりが良く明るい部屋です。

The room has a key lock.
部屋には鍵がついています。

Fully furnished as you can see on the pictures
壁にはいくつかの風景画も設置されています。

The kitchen is fully equipped with a pot, pans, glass, dishes etc.
キッチンには電気ポットやベーカリー、お鍋やグラスといった必要なものは揃えられています。

There is NO ADDITIONAL COST for electricity, water or Internet, everything is included in monthly payment.
電気、水道やインターネットは全て毎月の支払いに含まれており、追加費用はありません。

Flat is in a quiet residential area.
お部屋は静かな住宅街にあります。

5 min to Bus Station
バス停までおよそ5分

10 - 15 min to reach Straßenbahn station 'Wienerstraße' and 'Offenbach-Stadtgrenze', and S-bahn 'Offenbach Hbf'.
Straßenbahn(市街電車)の乗り場'Wienerstraße' や'Offenbach-Stadtgrenze', また、S-bahn 'Offenbach Hbf'は大体10~15分のところに位置します。

House is located exactly on the border of Frankfurt and Offenbach. From the window, you can see sign STADTGRENZE.
私たちの住まいはフランクフルトとオッフェンバッハの町の境目に位置します。窓からはStadtgrenzeの標識が見えます。

Near to the flat, there are a bakery, a pizzeria, grocery shops like HIT and REWE, and needless to say a good kebab shop...;)
近所にはパン屋やピザ屋があり、また大型スーパーのHITやREWEがあります。近所のケバブ屋はいい感じです:)

Building is located next to the entrance of highway A661 and it's good connected to A5 and A3. It takes 12 minutes to downtown and around 10 minutes to Frankfurt Airport by car.
建物は高速道路A661の近くにあり、A3番線とA5番線のアクセスが良好です。ダウンタウンまではおよそ12分、フランクフルト空港までは車で12分ほどです。

Even if you don't have self-confidence about English or German, don't worry.
もし貴方が、英語やドイツ語に自信が無くても心配しないでください。

We aren't native speakers either and I'm sure that we're able to communicate somehow as long as we try!
私たちはネイティブスピーカーでは有りませんが、いろいろな方法でコミュニケーションが取れると確信しています！
