友達(ドイツ人)が短期で滞在してくれる方を探しています。場所は'Karl-Marx-Allee'です。
条件があえば8月の終わりまで滞在可能です。
住民登録も可能です。

Im looking for a girl/woman. I will rent my furnished sleeping room (20 m2) and my livingroom (20 m2) for the time from 10th of April to 31th of May. Maybe (if its a good connection) also for the whole summer (until 31th August).
Both rooms costs 550 €.

The flat is 80 m2 big included kitchen, bathroom and an extra room for myself.

The flat is under the top, totally quiete with a beautiful view over Berlin. Its between Friedrichshain and Berlin center. You walk 4 minutes to U-Bahn 'Weberwiese' and you will be in 7 minutes at Alexanderplatz.

All shops (Edeka, pharmacie, bakery..) are around the corner. Its 10 minutes to walk to 'Ostbahnhof'. And 10 minutes to 'Volkspark Friedrichshain' witha lot of green to relax.

I'm looking for a nice quiete woman to share my flat.
In the time when I will be at Brasil (from 10th April) please watering the plants.
