Hi,

I’m subletting a nice spacious room with balcony facing a beautiful park. It’s approximately 35sm.

It’s an “Altbau” space, in the center of prenzlauerberg, where is one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin.

2 mins walk to tram M2 station "Marienburgerstr." You can reach Alexanderplatz within 10 mins. 3 min walk to Kollwitzplatz where a lovely bio-market takes place every Thur and Sat, and many cafes, shops.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me—a design writer. I’m traveling often and will not be at home sometimes.

I hope to find a female flatmate who is very tidy, clean and respectful to enjoy this nice apartment together.

Date: from 11th of Nov to 5th of December . You can choice 2 weeks or ( 350 Euro ) , 3 weeks ( 500 Euro ) to stay.
