場所はU1のGoerlitzer Bahnhofから徒歩３分、U1,8のKottbusser Torから徒歩６分と利便性が良いです。
すぐそばにBIO market、近隣にはスーパーのLIDL,PENNY,REWEやドラックストアのROSSMANNがあり買い物には困りません。
オーナーはドイツ人男性でとても良い人で英語も堪能です。料理が好きな方で一緒に夕食を食べることもあります。
部屋は広く、キッチンも綺麗なので住み心地がよいです。
家賃は光熱費込で385ユーロ/月。冬は（１１月〜４月）は+５０ユーロになります。

Location : Berlin/Kreuzberg
(between U Goerlitzer Bahnhof and Kottbusser Tor, apartment 2F)
rent : 385 euro / month including electricity, water, gas, internet
heating: from November-April +50 euro / month, summer is free
you can start staying June 1st
only for non smoking person

Owner of this flat is German guy (engineer, 47 years) and he lives there
only part of the time, often he is working / living in other cities. So
you can stay often alone in the flat. You can use one room as your
private room and we share living room, kitchen and bathroom.

There is a river and Bio market very near by, and also supermarket and
subway.

I am looking for somebody who would like to stay medium/long term. You
must be able to speak English or German. I am looking for a quiet person
30+ years old with a regular work/life schedule.

The kitchen is very well equipped. Actually I like cooking and it would
be great if you do, too, so we could cook and eat together sometimes.
I'm into a healthy diet with lots of fruit and veggies and only rarely
eat a little bit of meat.
