Room for rent - Berlin/Kreuzberg - 380 EUR

Big room (24 sqm) for rent, fully furnished, shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, all fully equipped. No smoking apartment.

Rent 380 EUR/month including electricity, gas, water, WiFi/Internet and Netflix. November-March + 50 EUR/month for heating. One month deposit. Minimum 6 months stay.

You can have one big private room (24 sqm), I have one private room and we can share big living room, big kitchen, bathroom. The apartment is 100 sqm in total.

In your private room there is a bed, one desk and chair, a cabinet, some shelves and a rack for drying your washing.

In the kitchen and bathroom there is a refrigerator, nice big cooker/oven, new dish washer, washing machine. The living room has a big LCD-TV (Netflix built-in), stereo, sofa, armchairs, table.

I am looking for somebody who would like to stay medium/long term. You must be able to speak English or German. I am looking for quiet person 30+ years old with a regular work/life schedule. No party people, sorry :-)

I'm 49 years old and work as an engineer and sometimes need to travel, so often you can stay alone in the apartment. But at the moment I work in Berlin for a few months, so we can share the apartment.

The kitchen is very well equipped. Actually I like cooking and it would be great if you do, too, so we could cook and eat together sometimes. I'm into a healthy diet with lots of fruit and veggies and only rarely eat a litte bit of meat.
