Hi everyone,

As I’m leaving Berlin, looking for somebody (preferably working professional) who takes over my room for long term from January 20th in a recently renovated, 2 room flat in Pankow. Your future flatmate is a lovely Moldavian girl who is calm, respects your privacy but enjoy conversation together whenever the time matches.

The flat has high ceilings, large windows, and new flooring. Full kitchen with oven/microwave and washing machine. New bathroom with large shower.

The room is 25 sq m includes sofa/bed, desk, chair, small wardrobe and clothes racks.
I can also includes a shelf for 10€ upon request.

Closest S bahn is Pankow and there are multiple tram and bus stops within 5 mins walking. 3 supermarkets, parks and stores are also close by.

Monthly rent is 460€ warm + gas/radio tax circa 30€.
The deposit is 1095€ and Anmeldung is of course possible. But please no pets.

Please have all the usual documents needed:

-Current Schufa

-Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung

-proof of income (current pay slip for 3 months)

-I.D. (Passport)
