1-room Apartment for 2 months in Prenzlauerberg

Hi,

I’m subletting my apartment near Prenzlauer Allee station for 2 month.

Period is from January 16th to March 16th. It can be flexible for couple of days.

My apartment has two rooms, separated kitchen, and bathroom.
There’s nobody in a small room(empty), and you will be staying in the big room alone.

In a room, there are a bed, a big desk, and a closet.
In a kitchen, there are a washing machine, dishes, cups and cutlery.

For one person, monthly 550 euro,
And for one more person, 120 euro plus.
(Including rent+electronic+broadcasting fee+gas)

Deposit is one month rent. Anmeldung is not available.
