【探しています】住民登録可能なWG一人部屋、3月以降いつでも入居可
こんにちは。
私はベルリン付近、ブランデンブルク州の大学院に通う26歳女性です。
現在は大学の寮に住んでいますが、就職活動などを踏まえてベルリンに引っ越したいと思っています。
学生ビザのため住民登録可能な物件で、なるべく安いお部屋を探しています。長期滞在できるとなお嬉しいです。
場所についてはGesundbrunnenやPotsdamer PlatzなどのRegional Expressが止まる駅に出やすいと嬉しい、というぐらいで特に細かい希望はありません。
私はハイキングや街を迷子になりつつぶらぶらするのが好きです。
料理も好きで基本は自炊をしていてスパイスをたくさん使うものにはまっています。
日常は英語で生活していてドイツ語は勉強中です。
タバコ、大麻は吸いません。
今まで日本、アメリカ、ポーランド、ドイツでWG暮らしを友だち、友達以外、学生、社会人、日本人やそれ以外と経験しているので、共同生活のルールなどは承知しています。
家賃、場所、入居日については目安として書いていますので、それらしい物件をご存知の方や同居人を探している方がいらっしゃいましたらご連絡ください。

Hello, I'm Aki.
I am a female Master student from Japan, and currently living 30 min away from Berlin for my university.
As I start my job hunting soon, I am looking for a WG-room in Berlin.
<What am I looking for?>
Room: A private room in WG (furnished preferably)
Rent: Around 350/month
Anmeldung: Possible (The struggle for non-EUs...)
Duration: from March/April for at least 6 months
Place: Good connections with Regional Express stop like Gesundbrunnen or Potsdammer Platz
<Who am I!?>
My study is about forest, so as you guess, I love nature! Plus, I love wandering around the city. I am horrible at orientation, so if you like an adventure, I can take you very random places;)
At home, I spend time watching Netflix, listening to music, and cooking (these days, I'm very much into spicy foods). I am easygoing and very flexible. In addition, I have this great talent that I can sleep in any situation, so if you have a little noisy hobbies, I will not mind it;)
I don't smoke because it costs A lot for a broke student. However, don't worry! As a non-EU student, the immigration office already checked my bank statement. So, I am capable to pay the rent.
Although my German is getting better, I cannot communicate fully in German.
Oh, the last but not least, I am a newbie vegetarian. But I don't mind if you cook/eat meat!
