Hello there,

I am renting my guest room in my 2 room appartement in Charlottenburg.
The room is 13.75 square meter fully furnished (bed, sofa, table, chair, blankets, cupboard).
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine with dryer option, oven, fridge and basically anything needed in a functioning home as I also live in this house.Im 30years old quite guy normally I’m making music at home,

Lage
10min walk to Charlottenburg S bahn.
By 4 minutes you reach 2 U-Bahn stations (U2 & U7), 5 bus stops, 5 super markets, And within 10 minutes you reach the S-Bahn (S3/S5/S7) and plenty of shops, mall etc..

WG-Leben
The neighborhood and especially this building is super quiet, so no party's, allowed here. No smoking in the house please.
Therefore only short term,no Anmeldung is possible, as it is just a short period rental.

Sonstiges
The rent is 450Euro including all costs (heating, water, electricity, wifi) with a deposit of 450Euro.
