各部屋に1人を探しています(11月26日~2月3日)

Hi, I'm sorry that I can not speak Japanese.

It's a bright and quiet 2 room house in Wilmersdorf and very close to Augsburger Strasse station(U3).
Zoo station is 10 mins away and Supermarket Asia Market, KDW are 5 mins by walk.

We are looking for 2 people for 2 rooms.
So it's one person per one room each. Please let me know which room you would like to stay.
Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.

Each room is 400 per month. Including heating, electronic and internet and it's fully furnished.
We can discuss for longer term by interview or e-mail.

Monthly rent: 400 euro(one room) / 800 euro(if you want both rooms)
Deposit: 400 euro
Minimum stay: 2 months
Extra days(After 2 months): 15 euro/day
