WG in Charlottenburg for long term with a trial period of three months, available from May 1st.

I live with an easy going, friendly, responsible, respectful and clean guy. He's a multilingual, widely traveled and internationally educated who is in love with Berlin. He speaks English, Spanish and a bit of German. He would be happy to share the flat with someone alike.

It's located 10 min away from S Charlottenburg and 5 min away from U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz.
Edeka and other supermarkets are located within walking distance - A very convenient area to live. My room is 26m² and has a nice balcony. Every morning you can enjoy the great sunrise. Warm rent 700 €

Furniture is good as new. Includes a 160 × 200 bed with mattress, night table, chest of drawers, shoe rack, middle size table and chair. Please check the photos. The whole apartment has been renovated and refurbished recently. Fully equipped kitchen, including: vitroceramic hob, oven, fume extractor, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer.
