It is furnished and offers good conditions to work and live and move outside in the nature, while not being too complicated to reach everything by public transport (Bus 2 Min/U-S-Bahn 10 Min).

It is only across the street to the lake and the forest and 15 Min along the lakeside to famous Alt-Tegel with a broad selection of restaurants and shops, or 10 Min to the Mall "Hallen am Borsigturm". So although you are quick in the city center, it is also a really relaxing area.
