Owner of this apartment is a German guy (engineer, 53 years). You can use one big room (24m²) as your own private room and share a big living room, kitchen and bathroom.

I am looking for somebody who would like to stay medium/long term, at least 6 months. You must be able to speak English or German. I am looking for a quiet person 30+ years old with a regular work/life schedule.

In your private room there is a bed with new orthopedic mattress, a desk and chair, a cabinet, some shelves, a clothes rack and a rack for drying your washing.

In the kitchen and bathroom there is a refrigerator, nice big cooker/oven, dish washer, new washing machine. The living room has a big LCD-TV (Netflix built-in), stereo, sofa, armchairs, table.

There is a Bio organic food shop (LPG) very nearby, also other supermarkets and a subway station (3 minutes walk). And it is close to canal, a big fresh market (at Maybachufer), many cafés and restaurants around.

I like cooking and it would be great if you do, too, so we could cook and eat together sometimes. I'm into a healthy diet with lots of fruit, veggies and fish and a bit of meat.
