Cozy flat+Studio space SWAP - 居心地の良いフラット + スワップ用スタ

Dear All,
me and my partner will spend February 3rd - March 2nd 2023 in Japan, so I would love to exchange my cozy and bright flat with 1 room, kitchen and bathroom (4th floor) as well as a table in a creative / art studio space (optional). The flat is located in Kreuzberg, close to Neukölln (Hermannplatz), the studio space is in Wrangelkiez in Kreuzberg (10 minutes by bike from my flat), close to subway Schlesisches Tor.
My partner and me would love to spend some time in Tokio, Kyoto, Osaka and around. If you would like to do a swap of your flat / room (and if possible maybe even a table in a studio space?) available for two people from a few days to one, two, three or four weeks i would be very happy to swap!
