Hello,
I am Jun, a Ph.D. student at Freie Universität, and renting out my room for four months from the 1st of February to the 31st of May, due to my field research in South Korea. Unfortunately, registration (Anmeldung) is not possible as I’m sub-renting my room only temporarily—I am well aware of the difficulty of registration and am very sorry to rent without Anmeldung; but hope you understand.
My room is already furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a drawer, and so on; you can use any of them as you feel comfortable while staying; but probably I have to leave some of my stuff—however, we can discuss this later; how we want. It is about 20m2 big and has a tiny balcony which you are allowed to smoke if you are a smoker. You share the kitchen and bathroom with two others.
The rent is 500EUR per month including every bill that I have to pay for gas, electricity, water, internet, radio, etc. I will ask you to deposit 440EUR just for safety you have to move out without finding an alternative person or breaking things at home. However, I believe this won’t happen : ).
There are two other roommates, both of them are girls, one in her late 20s (Saba) and the other in her early 30s (Zohre), and they are students at Universities. Our WG relationship is very open and chill; you can sometimes bring your friends to stay over and cook together (maybe, nice to inform the other roommates, but mostly they do not mind whatsoever). Sometimes you might chat with them in the Kitchen from time to time. I would not think that you will feel uncomfortable with them as they’re really nice people.
If anyone is interested, just write me first in an email including the following information.
- The availability of staying full four months: 1st Feb to 31st May
- If it is okay, without registration (No Anmeldung)
- Possible schedule to visit the flat for the viewing within two weeks
- Please introduce yourself shortly: what are you doing in Germany and sort of stuff.

大丈夫かと思いますが、家具などの破損や途中退去がないよう440EURのデポジットをお願いしています。問題がなければ退去時に返却いたします。
