月400€ 2/29〜4/21ベルリンのリング内NeuköllnのWG一人部屋

I will be in Japan for about 2 months in March and April and am looking for someone to rent my room for during that time. I plan to hand over the key on February 29.
I will return on April 21, 400x2 months = 800EUR total.
The room is fully furnished with everything you need for daily life.
It would be good for those who need to find a place to stay for now.
The house is a 3er WG with 2 German women in their 30s, both of them speak English if requested and are very kind and nice people.
The location is near U7 Rathaus Neukölln, and buses M41 and M43 are conveniently located nearby.
It is a nice street with many nice bars and cafes, many art events, and a river and park nearby.
The room is about 16 square meters and has two windows facing the backyard, so it is bright and relatively quiet.
It would be best if you don't have so many things with you, up to about 2 large suitcases maybe. No anmeldung is available.

日本に３月と４月の約２ヶ月間帰国するため、
その間に部屋を約２ヶ月間借りてくださる方を探しています。
２月２９日に鍵をお渡しする予定です。
戻るのは４月２１日で、400x2ヶ月=合計800EURとなります。
生活に必要なものは一通り揃っています。
少し置いていくものもあるのでお安めに設定しています。
とりあえず家探しが必要な方にもいいかもしれません。
ドイツ人の30代女性２人との３人WGのお家で、
二人ともリクエストすれば英語も話せてとても優しくていい人たちです。
場所はU7 Rathaus Neukölln近くでバスもM41やM43など近くに通っていて便利です。
Weserstraßeなのでおしゃれなバーやカフェがたくさんあって川や公園も近くて素敵な通りです。
16平方ぐらいのお部屋で、裏庭に面して窓が二つあるので明るく、割と静かです。
大きなスーツケース２個ぐらいまでの物が少なめの方がいいと思います。短期なので住所登録はできません。少し荷物も置いていくのでお安めに設定しています。
