The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and all important utensils.
It is conveniently located within 2 minute walk to the train stop, Gerresheim Krankenhaus.
Düsseldorf's main station is 18-20 minutes by train or bus as well.
Locality: a lot of supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy are approx 10 minutes on the walk.
You just need to bring your clothes and can start living.
Cold rent: 550 Euro pl. 200 Euro
ancillary costs ( electricity, heating, internet)
TV and radio charges (GEZ)are included in the rent.
The landlord is very kind and lives in the same house. The land lady speaks English, so communication is not a problem.
