Description:
A bright fully furnished 1 room, a corridor with wardrobe, and a big communal kitchen shared with 2 females and one male as well as a Common area. They are all Japanese.
The toilet and washroom are shared with only one female.
Location: Düsseldorf Gerresheim (very quiet and covered with full of greenery)
The living room is furnished with a big bed, wardrobe, a big desk, a desk chair, a shelf, a table and armchairs, and a drawer.
A balcony is attached to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and all important utensils.
It is conveniently located within 2 minute walk to the train stop. Düsseldorf's main station is 15-20 minutes by train or bus as well.
Locality: a lot of supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, fitness center are approx 8-10 minutes on the walk.
You just need to bring your clothes and can start living.
Cold rent: 500 Euro pl. 200 Euro
ancillary costs ( electricity, heating, internet)
TV and radio charges (GEZ)are included in the rent.
Minimum rental period is 6 months.
The landlord is very kind and lives in the same house. The landlady speaks English, so communication is not a problem.
If you have a problem, they are very helpful.
They have just did some renovation of windows and roof of this room and want to give on rent.
