1.期間
11月13日～12月31日。 約一ヶ月半。
できれば全期間過ごせる方を募集します。

2.施設
日本の基準1階で、キッチン、トイレ、寝室、リビングがあります。
本来は3部屋のフラットですが、私たちの私物を1部屋に入れる予定なので、使用できる部屋は2部屋です。
主寝室は建物の奥に窓があり静かで、2人でゆったり過ごせるキングサイズのベッドがあります。

3.金額
インターネット、放送受信料、基本電気代、基本ガス代込み。1ヶ月1,000ユーロ、全期間1,500ユーロです。
電気代とガス代は、適正レベルのメーターを超えると追加料金が発生する場合があります。
保証金は1,000ユーロで、電気代とガス代、破損した部分を確認した後、すぐに返金いたします。

4.ロケーション
U3 Augsburger Straße駅1分。クダム商店街まで5分。

5.特記事項
住民登録不可、ペット同伴不可、非喫煙者を希望します。

1. Period

2. Facilities
It's a ground floor by Japanese standards, with a kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and living room.
It is originally a 3-room flat, but we will put our personal items in one room, so there are only 2 rooms available.
The master bedroom has a window towards the Hinterhof, so it is quiet, and has a king size bed that can accommodate 2 people (2 single beds).


3. Cost
Includes internet, broadcast subscription, basic electricity and basic gas. It costs 1,000 euros per month, or 1,500 euros for the entire stay.
Electricity and gas bills are subject to a penalty if the meter goes over a certain level.
A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required, which will be refunded after checking the electricity and gas bills and any damages.


4. Location
U3 Augsburger Straße subway station 1 min. Kudamm shopping street 5 min.
