綺麗な４階のフラットで、朝は日当たりも良く、とても静かです。場所はクロイツコルンで、U8まで4ブロックでとても便利です。フラットの周辺はレストラン、バー、ショップ、公園、映画館、カフェ、ナイトクラブなどなんでもあります。
