私の親友のメキシコ人とドイツ人の夫婦が2ヶ月、メキシコに行くため、その間に家を借りてくれる日本人を探しています。
お家の中はベネチアのシャンデリア、おしゃれな家具、メキシコの食器など美しい空間で夢のようなひと時を過ごせると思います。
私が信頼するアーティスト夫婦です。

場所はプレンツラウアーベルク地区のSバーン最寄駅から徒歩すぐ。とても便利な場所で、閑静な住宅街です。バスタブ付きでキッチンには必要なものが全て揃っています。
デポジットは何もなければ必ず返却するとのことです。（値段の交渉が必要な方は聞いてみて下さい）

I rent to a non-smoking and serious person, apartment, very central, 5.8km from the Brandenburg Gate. From February 28 to April 28, 2024 in Berlin-Prenzlauerberg, 96 m2, spacious with high ceilings (approximately 3 meters high), 3 rooms, one of which will remain closed, one bed. 160 x 200 cm, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, balcony. Wi Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 minutes walk from the tram stop, U-Bahn, S-Bahn and the Schönhauser Alle shopping center, extra supermarkets in the surrounding area, plus night mini supermarkets, gyms, cafes , international restaurants, cinema 80 meters around the corner. Rent per month €1,500 with a deposit of €2,000.
