Hi everyone, me and my flatmate Kathi are looking for another flatmate in the newly renoted flat in a 100 years old building, in a very good location in Kreuzberg, the floors, the walls, the kitchen the bathroom are all new and your room is 24m2 and furnished. You can rent the room starting from April 1 or later for at short or long term. If you are renting for short term (6 months or less, the rent is 800 for you and deposit is also 800)

This is a newly formed wg, I am working as product manager in a software company and Kathi completed her medicine degree recently and will start working as a doctor

About the room: The room is 24m2 with a beautiful new wooden floor and high ceilings. It is facing to the backyard, so generally, it is quiet. There are
- 2 bedside tables,
- 1 bed 140x200 with 2 drawers
- 2 pillows and a duvet
- 1 wardrobe 140x200
- 1 rocking chair
- 1 floor lamp
- 1 desk
- 1 small coffee table
- 1 carpet
- 1 study chair

Until you move or when you move, we can also get another cabinet or shelf for you. If you want to decorate the room yourself, we can also get everthing out besides the bed and the wardrobe :)

In addition to your own room, you will share a kitchen, bathroom. We have everything you need to cook and eat, also have a microwave, there is drying rack for the washed dishes. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bathtub and a lighted mirror. There are enough cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom for your personal items.
There is also a small corner which is being turned into a small shared gathering area to chat, eat and play games together. There is no living room in the flat but if you want, your room has enough space to also have a small couch.

Rent is 850€ everything included (water, heating, electricity, internet) + deposit 850€ (if you rent between 3-6 months, can be paid in 2 months) 1500€ (if you rent more than 6 months, can be paid in 4 months). The deposit will be paid back in a week when you leave the flat. We are also asking for proof of income and / or Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , necessary documents that show that you will be able to pay the rent :)

You can see the room during the day or after 18:00 or with a video call

Also, we are looking for flatmates who are not working from home
