8月頃より家族4名で住める家を探しています。

私と妻、2歳、0歳の二人の息子と一緒に家族でエストニアよりベルリンへ引っ越しをします。私はシンガポールとエストニアでIT企業を経営しており、3年前よりEU拠点の開拓のために移住してきました。

幼稚園がGartenstraßeなので、Mitte付近で物件を探しています。
住民登録が可能で、大まかな希望としてですがエレベーター付き（ベビーカーを使用する為）60平米以上のお部屋を、〜€2,000/月程度までで探しています（条件よっては予算の変更も可能なので、是非情報を頂けますと幸いです）。

My family, my wife and I, along with our two sons, ages 2 and 0, are moving from Estonia to Berlin. I run an IT company in Singapore and Estonia and moved here 3 years ago to develop our EU base.

I am looking for a property near Mitte because the kindergarten is in Gartenstraße.
We are looking for a room of 60 square meters or more with an elevator (for the use of a baby stroller), with a monthly rent of up to €2,000/month (we are open to changing the budget depending on the requirements, so please let us know).
