今年の4月にオープンしたTHE CATCH BERLINでプロフェショナルなバーテンダーを募集します！！！
The Catch Team is a motivated crew of professionals striving for excellence in all things food and hospitality. Our main values are: premium quality of ingredients, a stunning team and passion about our life’s work. We believe that every guest is special and every meal is a celebration of life. We’re all in on being the best in the business.
Our dining style is relaxed, heart-warming and fun. We cook seafood, meat and vegetables over hot charcoal (josper), as well as bowls, tempura and karaage. We also serve raw seafood as sashimi, sushi, poke and tartare. The bar offers a great selection of sake, shochu and Japanese whisky, as well as a range of signature cocktails.
The Catch Berlin is a Japanese izakaya in Charlottenburg that opened in April 2019.

Bartenders
The succesful applicants will:
Have conversational German
Be passionate about quality food, drinks and hospitality
Be well presented, confident and have a positive attitude
Have previous experience in a high volume quality driven operation
What we can offer:

Main duties:
Maintaining the cleanliness levels of the bar
Greeting guests
Providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Making recommendations, providing information
Setting up the bar
Making drinks to the recipes
Creating new drinks for the menu
The Successful applicant will:
Have conversational German
Be passionate about quality food, drinks and hospitality
Be well presented, confident and have a positive attitude
Have previous experience in a high volume quality driven operation (experience in a cocktail bar in an advantage) as a bartender
Have strong knowledge of wine and classic cocktails. Knowledge of Japanese beverages is an advantage
Be flexible with their time and able to work long shifts, late nights and weekends
