Duties:
• Administration and Secretary activities
• Support Japanese Expats Visa and housing contract and living, medical support and Tax return documents.
• Renew and contract of the insurance and lease property of the company.
• Translation German documents into English or Japanese to support Japanese management.
• Company car maintenance control.
• Order office stationery and goods and refreshments for employee.
• Supporting sales staff ordering an air ticket and hotel reservation.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by meeting with a lawyer, attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Secretary job for Japanese Management
• Arrange a medical check-up for employees.
• Prepare and guide health and safety training to employees and maintains the record
• Expense Control and Communication with accounting company
• Payment Arrangement
Requirements:
• Advanced level speaking German, English and Japanese
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proactive and problem-solving approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Proactive and highly self-motivated
• Active listening
• Problem solving and issue handling is a timely manner
