＜Job Description>

·Analyze Real Estate investment opportunities via underwriting, valuation, and pricing.

·Work with various involved parties (brokers, bankers, asset managers, attorneys, and consultants) to source, close and manage transactions through to exit.

·Assist with preparation of presentation materials and other requests for investors.
