　- Infrastructure monitoring (CloudWatch)
　- Performance optimisation, backup and recovery.
【Security management】
　- Access management, security audits, vulnerability management
【Fault handling】
　- Troubleshooting, incident management, problem management
【Automation of operations】
　- Script writing (Python, Bash)
　- Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
　- Automation tools (AWS Systems Manager, OpsWorks)
【Performance monitoring and optimisation】
　- Resource optimisation, performance monitoring, capacity planning
【Documentation】
　- Creation of operational procedures and reports.
【Collaboration with the team】
　- Cooperation with other departments, user support, training and mentoring.

■Required skills and knowledge
　- AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
　- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
　- Security (IAM policies, security groups, SSL/TLS)
　- Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
　- Operational tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
　- Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Nagios, Prometheus)
　- Effective teamwork and problem solving skills
