Düsseldorfにある大手日系銀行にてカスタマーサポートスタッフを募集しております!
■業務内容
+ Support marketing activities and administration tasks and answer routine queries from across the business related to own area of specialism, referring the more complex professional queries to the right departments
+ Take care of, and improve the effective and efficient daily operation, and be proactive with continuous improvement suggestions to other colleagues
+ Direct communication with customers about their inquiries
+ Communication with related departments to answer routine queries from customers to meet customer satisfaction fully
Prepare Management Information report on a regular basis (e.g. Pending Documents List etc) in order to ensure that superiors have the relevant information needed to support operational and strategic decision-making
+ Comply with various regulations, internal policies, procedures, and rules
+ Understanding the Bank’s internal procedures and processes and applying them correctly.
■求人要件
+ Fluency in Japanese and English
+ Strong communication skills as there will be various interfaces with customers and within the organisation (Marketing Officers, Operations etc)
+ A good level of past experiences in banking operation and knowledge for CMS are preferred
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
+ Have strong interpersonal skills engaging with key stakeholders at all levels
+ Be a good team player willing to work and be proactive in all marketing support activities at short notice
