Restaurant Partnership Manager (outside sales representative)
Job Overview The Restaurant Partnership Manager (RPM) is responsible for growing Client's restaurant portfolio by identifying and partnering with all of our customers’ favorite restaurants. The RPM works in close cooperation with Restaurant Development Managers and Restaurant Associates to ensure cooperative relationships with the restaurant partners.
Responsibilities & duties
● Develop and execute a plan to target restaurant gaps and opportunities within their market. This includes identifying restaurants that are a great fit for client, as well as mapping out potential new areas for expansion.
● Contacting and building relationships with potential restaurant partners, and systematically managing the sales pipeline.
● Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms, and understanding potential venue performance to set profitable business terms.
● Finalizing delivery menus with the venue manager and ensuring smooth transition of the relationship to the Restaurant Development team.
● Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data. Skills & Experience required
● Demonstrable experience of being successful within a sales position.
● A natural ‘hunter’ with excellent communication and networking skills.
● A real foodie with good knowledge of the local restaurant scene.
● Experience from within the hospitality industry - especially restaurants - is a plus.
● Fluent in local language and English.
