Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Event business Key Account Manaer who will manage the German market based in Berlin.
You will be responsible for to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients and obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our Photo Event company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Identify potential business opportunities and enhance current business profitability,
Build and maintain long-term relationships with our key customers.
Lead sales negotiations with our critical clients.
Maintain transparent communication with various departments: event project, advertising, design, marketing, sales and logistics.
Compile reports for the top management.
Conduct market research and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Play a key role in strategic initiatives, such as formulating target customer strategies.
Negotiate with key clients and meet deadlines for long-term goal fulfillment.
Address and resolve key customers’ issues effectively.
Employer requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE for Photo Event Key Account Manager
C1/C2 level in German or bilingual in German (mandatory) Język niemiecki C1/C2
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Minimum 2~3 years’ experience in sales or key accounts management.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand client requirements.
Knowledge of sales data analysis.
A willingness to travel extensively.
Result-driven, action-focused, and a can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail, high energy levels, and self-motivation.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build a good rapport with key clients.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills, as well as customer service skills.
Ability to work in teams and independently
Passion for technology, practicality in manual work and likes photography (plus)
Previous experience in the Markteting / Digital and / or Events sector will be considered a strong plus.
