Your responsibilities:
• use public information and networks to research and find suitable candidates with desired skills and experience
• analyze candidates’ information and create profiles; analyze candidates’ suitability regarding clients’ requirements
• pre-screening: create lists of qualified information
• data management using CRM tools
• collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth recruitment processes
• build relationships and negotiate with relevant parties

Your profile:
• BtoB sales experience
• relevant experience in data research and profile analysis
• analytical skills: able to analyze candidates’ skills and experiences then match them with clinets‘ requirements
• business fluent in Japanese and English languages, German language skills are preferable, but not mandatory
• IT literate; experience in CRM tools, IT-tools-based data construction and data management
• digital marketing skills such as social network marketing are preferable
• flexible and proactive; willing to try new researching methods and expand candidate database
• project management skills
• freelancer or self-employed
• you can manage schedule yourself
